At my job I've organized several sections of the store so the customers will find what they need easily but unfortunately people I work with tend to not care about that and just put stuff where there's room, rather than where it's supposed to be. It's come to a point where I don't even try to fix it any more because everything I organize will still be a mess two days later anyway. I know the feeling of doing your best at work when no one else is. Sounds like they appreciate you just about as much as they appreciated me. If I were you I’d start slacking a bit and telling them to get their asses back to work.
